These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Premium Restaurant Solutions website and the services you request through it. By submitting our signup form or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Premium Restaurant Solutions provides restaurants with a free website and online ordering setup, Google Business Profile setup and management, delivery and catering platform integration, an order-management tablet, and related services described on our website. Specific terms for each service (including any paid add-ons, such as social media management) will be confirmed with you directly before setup.
Signing up
When you submit our signup form, you're asking us to contact you about our services. We aim to call you within one business day. Submitting the form does not, by itself, create a binding service agreement — that happens when we agree on the details of your setup.
Text messaging
If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies and is sent only in response to your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and not to use our website or forms to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or to interfere with the operation of our website.
No warranties
Our website and the information on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
